Brandice Gallegos is the Chief Executive Officer of JCB Energy Services, bringing an impressive 15 years of leadership and management experience to the table! With nine years in the telecommunications industry, Brandy is passionate about driving innovation and excellence in communication solutions. Her energetic approach and vision for the future inspire teams to reach new heights every day!

Before her role with JCB Energy Services, Brandice’s telecommunication journey began with WOW! Communications in 2015 as a Business Analyst. After a successful four-year career, she advanced to an Outside Plant Engineer with SEFNCO/MasTec Communications, then quickly progressed to a Senior Area Manager role, assisting the Colorado Springs General Manager with creating new processes, project management systems, and leadership training.

Brandice has a strong passion for fostering a culture of collaboration, relationship building, and bringing in the “human element” to business processes. Her dedication to social impact is evident in her initiatives that focus on inspiring, guiding, and motivating others toward achieving common goals through inspiration and empowerment.

Additionally, Brandice dedicates her time by giving back to her community, offering pro-bono services such as graphic and web design, project management solutions, and business building to non-profit companies across Colorado. In her free time, Brandice loves to dance, play pool, and spend as much time as she can with her family.
