Cherie Dooley

As Director of Program Management for Charter Communications Network Technology Operations. Cherie Dooley is responsible for the implementation of large-scale projects for the Wireless, Voice and DOCSIS Operations sectors.

Her strengths include strategic portfolio management, employee development and leadership, software systems development, process development, and infrastructure technology.

Cherie leads a team of Program and Project Managers whose initiatives integrate our products and technology throughout Charter’s network.

She has a very diverse background building infrastructure for Healthcare, Department of Defense and Telecommunications industries. She has worked in technology organizations for over two decades and holds two patents for technology initiatives.

Cherie has completed the Georgia Tech Executive Project Management program, as well as holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.
