James Russell

Jim Russell has worked in the cable industry in Denver for 22 years. He started with TCI in 1998 and worked on merger integrations with MediaOne and AT&T Broadband before becoming part of Comcast in 2002. Most of his career has been spent in an Operational Support Systems role supporting Care, Field and Tech Ops. He currently is a Technical Product Owner for Repair and Support tools across the Comcast footprint.
