Jeanne Crawford

Jeanne is a US Air Force veteran. She's worked at Charter for almost five years, working across several roles. Most recently, Jeanne has been working as the Lead Business Analyst, directly supporting Voice Engineering Executive leadership. Prior to work in Voice Engineering she's held the role of Project Manager for the Access Engineering, working primarily for the Architecture and Implementation teams. Jeanne is a PMP certified Project Manager with over 25 years of extensive experience in business program architecture and project management. Her accomplishments, education and experience have garnered multiple awards and recognition for performance and contributions at Charter as well as for service on multiple government projects. External to Charter, she has actively contributed to the technology used to support several government projects and associated business architecture for facilitating the incorporation of technology into the business environment, using organizational processes and proven measured business needs and outcomes.
