Kelley Rapoza

Kelley joined Charter Communications in 2014 as a Senior Manager in Video Products. During her first year she created Charter’s Market Readiness Testing program in support of key customer facing video products. Her efforts have enabled multiple successful launch campaigns of Charter’s new guide in key markets. Kelley’s collaborative partnership has raised the bar and is highly valued by various product, operations, development and testing organizations within Charter. She hired and mentored a team of engineers, testers and business analysts to support complex market launch activities. Through these relationships, innovation to build out simulated in home customer experience supporting employee field trial campaigns. Kelley’s communication skills, ability to solve complex problems and build strong relationships supported her promotion to Director in 2018. Kelley took on new challenges in the lower environment management space and then on to non-video and mobile testing, rounding out her expertise on all Charter products and platforms. It was this latest opportunity that resulted in a promotion to Senior Director, Engineering.

Prior to Kelley’s journey with Charter, she consulted as a leader in Product team’s operational readiness and product acceptance testing efforts. Kelley is a great advocate of young female professionals with various levels of experience. Her inspiration has been contagious to supporting growth for her direct reports and indirect team members. Adaptability to continuous technical and leadership development is a priority for Kelley to stay abreast in an ever-changing environment.

Kelley is also an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and was a 2018 WICT Woman to Watch Honoree.
