Kelly Alt has been a prominent figure in the telecommunications industry for over 28 years. His career began in the mid-1990s with Falcon Cable, where he worked on design and drafting projects while pursuing his college degree. Kelly then joined Charter Communications at their Northwest KMA office, contributing to coaxial and fiber design initiatives, as well as 860 MHz and 1 GHz bandwidth upgrades across Oregon, Washington, and Northern California.

In 2014, Kelly relocated to Wisconsin to lead the Central Region Design group, overseeing operations across 14 states from the Great Lakes to the West Coast. There, he managed a team that standardized both Spatial and CAD design processes. Kelly's expertise led him to Colorado in 2017, where he played a pivotal role in establishing Charter's Corporate Centralized Design office in Greenwood Village. In this capacity, he built production design teams to support Charter's nationwide design efforts.

Currently, Kelly serves as a Principal Architect I at Charter's CTEC campus in Englewood, CO. His focus remains on creating design standards for bandwidth upgrades, including 1.2 GHz High Split and future architectures like 1.8 GHz and beyond.
