Nadine Heinen

I’m an engineering operations leader with over 20 years of experience. I create and lead technical support groups in break/fix and planning to support networks. I have built teams and operations over the years, creating opportunities and training programs.

As a female in this position, I also feel I can bring a new perspective.

While serving as Chapter President for the WICT chapter, I was able to more than double the new membership and created a mentorship program for the Women’s Network. I created a new training program for Field Operations for new technicians while in the position of VP and served as the local political spokesperson for Comcast, attending political events and industry events. I also appeared on a local radio talk show and was asked to serve on panels and do a podcast on being a woman in the industry.
