Patrick Foley

Since joining Comcast in 2014 as a Communications Technician, Patrick has consistently advanced his technical expertise and responsibilities. His journey includes key roles as a Network Maintenance Technician, where he honed his skills in maintaining network health, and as an XOC HFC and NSD Technician, gaining deep experience in network monitoring, diagnostics, and issue resolution within the eXcellence Operations Center. Currently, as an Engineer 2 in the XOC HFC, Patrick plays a vital role in supporting the Mountain West Region XPM Teams and the HFC Desk. His comprehensive understanding of the HFC network is instrumental in ensuring peak performance and providing critical technical support.
