Richard Rutledge


Rich began his journey with Comcast in 2006 as a frontline agent in the call center. He has enjoyed a variety of positions within the company including SME for new hires, transferring of knowledge base to a new platform, Resource Management, and Care/TechOps Reporting. He is currently a Sr. Manager of Revenue Assurance for the West Division.

Rich has his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and his Master’s degree in Data Analytics. He uses his variety of experience, both in and out of the Telecommunications Field, to network with others and learn new aspects of the business, leadership, and the industry in general. He also finds passion in mentoring and advocating for others to unlock their full potential.

Rich and his wife are enjoying being empty-nesters again, other than their fur babies, by traveling and exploring the world, as well as attending sporting events.
