Steven Vaughn

Steve Vaughn is currently an aviation Program, Project and Proposal Manager for FlightSafety Defense, the Military Division of FlightSafety International, a Berkshire-Hathaway Company. Steve has worked for FlightSafety since 1996 after serving 21 years in the United States Air Force in various Military Aircraft Weapon Systems.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Resource Management from Ball State University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Indiana University.

Steve is also the CEO and Director of Vaughn’s Management Consulting, Inc., licensed to provide a plethora of Military and Commercial Aviation Management and Training Services throughout the US.

When not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, listening to music, watching College sports, traveling and riding his Harley.
